Did Elon Musk Play a Role in J.Lo’s Career Shift? Here’s What Happened

Elon Musk ruined JLO’s career so quickly people didn’t have time to understand what happened

Jennifer Lopez, an actress and artist, was the target of an assault by billionaire Elon Musk, who made his remarks on the Joe Rogan Experience podcast.

During the heat of the presidential campaign, Musk took aim at Jennifer Lopez after she made an appearance at an event hosted by Kamala Harris in Las Vegas.

Musk wasted no time striking back, bringing up Lopez’s past relationship with Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is currently embroiled in a trial facing charges of sex trafficking and racketeering. Musk, a close confidant of Donald Trump, stirred the pot even further. Combs, who was in a relationship with Lopez from 1999 to 2001, remains in federal custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, awaiting trial.

The SpaceX founder didn’t hold back when questioning Jennifer Lopez’s reliability. “J. Lo was like his ex-girlfriend, and now she’s warning people against Trump,” Musk told Rogan. “J. Lo was like that.” He went on to mock her, asking, “What was the specific number of people she warned Diddy about? Oh, zero. That’s fantastic. Maybe we shouldn’t trust her judgment.”

Musk didn’t stop there, taking aim at those in the music and entertainment industry: “People in the industry had to know that Diddy was essentially abusing children, yet they still continued to support him. Where’s the accountability? They had to be aware.”

Lopez, who publicly endorsed Kamala Harris, also sent a clear message urging people not to vote for Donald Trump. Her comments followed remarks made by comedian Tony Hinchcliffe, a Trump supporter, who had made anti-Latino slurs during a rally.

Tony Hinchcliffe’s comment about Puerto Rico, referring to it as a “floating island of garbage,” was one of several controversial remarks he made about other places.

In a call for sensitivity, Lopez spoke out in October 2024, urging people to take a stand. “We should be outraged and afraid,” she said. “Our suffering matters. We make a difference. You matter. Voting and speaking out are crucial.”

Meanwhile, P Diddy was taken into custody, but Lopez has yet to publicly address the situation.

On the podcast, Rogan pointed out the striking shift in celebrity allegiances, saying, “It’s strange that so many people who used to attend Diddy’s events are now outspoken supporters of Kamala Harris.” He also mentioned the celebrities who had recently supported Harris by attending her events.

Rogan’s remarks carried an edge, suggesting that the whole situation seemed more like a spectacle for some rather than a genuine stance, describing it as something “revolting” in its nature.
