Hollywood power couple Nicole Kidman, 58, and Keith Urban, 57, have reportedly decided to part ways, according to sources who spoke to People. “Nicole’s sister Antonia has been a rock, and the entire Kidman family has rallied around her,” the source said. “She didn’t want this. Nicole has been fighting to save the marriage.”
TMZ first reported the news, revealing that the couple has been living apart since the start of summer. “Nicole has been caring for their two daughters while holding the family together through this difficult time, with Keith away,” the insider added.

Kidman and Urban first tied the knot in June 2006, welcoming two daughters together: Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 14. Their love story began in January 2005 at the G’Day USA gala in Los Angeles, an event celebrating Australian talent in Hollywood. At the time, Nicole was already an Oscar-winning actress, while Keith was a rising country music star.
Though the chemistry was instant, Urban later admitted he hesitated before calling her. “Somebody gave me her number, and I carried it around for a while,” he told Interview in 2018. “I kept thinking, ‘If I call this number, she’ll answer… but what do I even say?’ I wasn’t in a healthy place at the time. I never thought she’d see anything in a guy like me. But eventually, I plucked up the courage. We talked… and talked… and it was effortless.”

Their romance blossomed quickly, leading to an engagement in May 2006. Just a month later, on June 25, they exchanged vows at Sydney’s St. Patrick’s Estate, surrounded by family, friends, and fellow celebrities.
Even early in their marriage, the couple faced challenges, including Urban’s stint in rehab for alcohol abuse—an obstacle Kidman met with unwavering support.
