She recently launched Khloé in Wonder Land, making her the first Kardashian-Jenner to dive into podcasting. In the latest episode, Khloé shared an unforgettable piece of NSFW dating advice her mom gave her.
We all turn to our moms for relationship advice, but Kris’s pearls of wisdom were anything but typical. Khloé recalled a date she had with a basketball player from one of LA’s teams, who suddenly ghosted her after a couple of dates. When she confided in her close friends, Malika and Khadijah Haqq, Kris couldn’t help but chime in.
“How many dates have you been on with him?” Kris asked. After hearing the answer—just one or two—Kris dropped a bombshell: “Well, that’s why he’s not calling you back!”
Kris then asked, “Did you give him a BJ?” When Khloé answered no, her mom bluntly said, “Well, that’s why he’s not calling you back!”
Khadijah, who was present, couldn’t help but admire Kris’s bold approach, saying, “I remember looking at you like, ‘God, she’s the GOAT!’ Like, clearly she knows something we don’t!”
While Khadijah found Kris’s advice surprisingly refreshing, Khloé was mortified that her mom dropped such a bombshell in front of her friends. Unfortunately, despite Kris’s unconventional dating advice, Khloé’s love life hasn’t had much luck since.
At 40 years old, Khloé Kardashian has had her share of high-profile relationships, including her marriage to basketball star Lamar Odom and her later romance with Cleveland Cavaliers player Tristan Thompson.
Together, Khloé and Tristan share two young children, but their romantic relationship ended after Tristan’s multiple infidelities. In an episode of The Kardashians that aired in 2023, Tristan opened up about his actions, revealing his internal struggle: “For me personally, when I cheat, I feel disgusted the next day with guilt. I was just cheating for an action, just cheating for a feeling, but also it really came down to not knowing how to love, because that’s the way I grew up.”
He also shared a glimpse into the trauma that shaped his behavior, confiding in Khloé’s sister, Kourtney: “What I saw from my dad, how he would treat my mom… as a kid when you see that, the trauma you have, because you can’t protect your mom because you’re so young and ‘cause your mom tells you it’s going to be OK, you basically numb your emotions of being scared or feeling sad. It’s my form of a defense mechanism.”
Though Tristan has hinted at wanting to reconcile with Khloé, she has been clear that she has no intentions of rekindling their romantic relationship. She’s focused on co-parenting and moving forward with her life.
