In the 1970s, Adiarte became a familiar face on American TV, with guest appearances on hit series such as Bonanza, The Brady Bunch, Hawaii Five-O, and Kojak. But it was his role as the kind-hearted camp houseboy Ho-Jon on MASH* (1972–1973) that left a lasting impression on audiences.
